How to Order

Please order by using our online shopping basket, or by telephoning us with your requirements. If you cannot see the item you would like to order within our shopping basket then please contact us with the details and a suitable time for us to telephone you to discuss your requirements

VAT

All prices quoted on the SOPHIE LOUISE website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

Method of payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment gateway, provided by Protx.

Payment is in GB Pounds and prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

When you place an order with SOPHIE LOUISE, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm the order and inform you about the dispatch date. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

Out of Stock Goods

If you have made a purchase online at SOPHIE LOUISE  and the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order.  You can either: wait until the item comes back into stock, choose a replacement, or request a full refund.
